There are many ways Affirmations can be used to give a more positive outlook to help you achieve your Goals. But part of the process is to be relaxed before you start, to have no expectations on the outcomes, but instead to accept what the Universe brings you, and to know that you already have what you need and what you get is an added bonus.
Following are ways to Use and Implement Affirmations into your Daily Routines:-
In Meditation:
Say them to yourself silently whilst meditating or when deeply relaxed, especially effective to do before you go to sleep at night or right away after waking, because it targets the subconscious mind when it is most receptive, bypassing the critical conscious mind. Morning affirmations set a positive, intentional tone for the day, while evening affirmations help reprogram limiting beliefs, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality.
The Spoken Word
Say them to yourself silently or aloud throughout the day, say them with feeling and emotion as this acts as a “fuel” that transforms routine statements into powerful tools for change. Emotion bridges the gap between the conscious and subconscious mind, and acts as a marker for the brain, signalling that the statement is important and true, which helps overcome skepticism and cements new belief patterns faster.
Mirror Work

Say them out loud when looking in a mirror to improve one’s self-esteem. Look yourself right in the eye and affirm your lovability and worthiness. This may feel uncomfortable at first but stick with it until you look at yourself in a loving way. During this time, emotions may arise and be released whilst doing this process, but persevere as this magnifies self-love and increases positive energy into your Goals.
Record them
On a recorder and play them whilst in the car or around the house, always start off by saying your name and then repeat the affirmation in First, Second and Third person as an additional Magnetic Energy.
Written Word
Choose an Affirmations and write them out 10-20 times. Change the affirmation as you go along if you feel it can be said in a different or in a better way. Write them out and paste them around your home as reminders.
Share with Others
Saying Affirmations with a Friend or within a supportive group is beneficial because it amplifies motivation, fosters accountability, and strengthens emotional bonds through shared positivity.
