Hi, I’m Elaine Rasmussen a NZ Registered Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Aromatherapist, Colour Therapist, SoulCollage® Facilitator and Tutor.
I’ve been a Natural Health Practitioner and Tutor since 1990 working in my profession seeing clients for their health concerns and teaching Natural Health and Well-being Modules at Universities and Colleges here in New Zealand and overseas in the UK.
Besides working in my profession which has been a privilege to do, back in 2019 and 2020 I experienced two separate situations where I was physically assaulted which changed my world on how I felt and behaved. At that time and even to this day I still encounter strong and disempowering emotions that come up with out warning, where I find myself feeling hopeless, agoraphobic and even suicidal which has never been something I would consider nor part of my nature.
During this time I attended a variety of Counselling Session but found that nothing was really helping me to connect to these feelings and emotions or to feel some level of normality. I was then luckily introduced to SoulCollage® whilst attending Mindfulness Sessions, and after my first Session I came away feeling like I had connected to parts of myself that had been suppressed for so long, ones that had wanted to be heard and expressed. This was the beginning of my Healing Journey.
From then on I’ve continued my SoulCollage® practice regularly, being so grateful for this gift. I believe in this special practice so much that I recently became a SoulCollage® Facilitator so that I can now offer this therapy to others who may also be finding themselves struggling and looking for something to help.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge that I’ve gained over the years and I’m grateful for the opportunity to do so.

Hello Elaine, my name is “I’m the Centre of My World” and I Am One Who knows when to call it quits and spend time and energy coming back to my centre. I Am One Who is not on a timer and I don’t allow anyone to have power over me. However busy the world is around me I’m steady, relaxed and in one frame of mind and that’s to just focus on me And my needs.
I Am One Whose path is clear and when I’m on this path nothing can throw me off it, even when life sends me challenges to throw me off course, I always find a way back onto the path and in the right direction.
Q/ How will you be on my life’s journey?
I will be with you guiding you on this path of self-discovery, pulling you back on track when challenges present themselves. You will never get lost or abandoned; I am here!
Q/ What else do I need to know today?
To know that you are stronger and more resilient than you give yourself credit for, you always bounce back even through the toughest experiences that life throws you.
