Q/ Who Are You?
I Am One Who has my hands over my eyes due to feeling totally stressed out and overwhelmed with the amount of things that I have to do.
I Am One Who dreads having to think about anything else, its all too much for me and I’m starting to feel like I can’t cope.
I Am One Who has too many things running around my head, things I have to do, places I have to be, people I have to see, its all so consuming, and in the end I don’t do anything, I just give up and give in to feeling overwhelmed.
Q/What is the Gift or Message you have for me?
My message to you is simple, slow down, relax and let things be, and don’t add anything else to your lists of to do’s until you have completed what you currently have on your list. Also ask yourself Elaine are some of these things really necessary, if not it may be better to list things into priorities, others you can leave. Also don’t forget to take the Bach Flower Elm if you are really struggling, it will help you.
